Clubul Ecologic Transilvania is an open and militant type of non-profit organization, governed by the General Assembly of its members. This is the reason why the number and especially the quality of members are of most importance for the activity of the organization.

CET has four member categories. For each of them CET has instituted clear criteria of selection and rules about rights and obligations that derive from holding that particular type of membership. These four categories are: active members, supporters, scouts and members of honor. CET has a total of 42 active members which are first of all the force that stays behind the organization. They are also the people that constitute the General Assembly and the ones that CET relies on whenever necessary.

The current Board of Directors of CET is composed of:

	Dogar Cristian, Vice-president

The censorial control is exercised by Daniela Mitu, active member of CET, while accounting for CET is carried out by a specialized company headquartered in Cluj-Napoca.

In accordance with the mission and objectives set by the General Assembly, CET operates through its staff.
